A team of specialist oversees clinical governance, including trained case investigators, case managers and a clinical director responsible for risk management and regulatory adherence. They are qualified in IOSH (Institution of Occupational Safety and Health), ensuring that all safety standards are rigorously upheld.

We operate with over 80 policies and 160 standard operating procedures, providing a strong foundation for all our clinical governance activities. Monthly quality and safety meetings ensure ongoing evaluation and improvement of our practices.

Integrated contract reviews ensure compliance with the latest regulations and updates to business processes. We also drive ongoing quality improvement by managing incidents with thorough trend analysis and lessons learned.
