Our candidates are important to us so when designing our new website, we went to great lengths to ensure an improved experience for our users. You’ll find our website is now more interactive and well-structured so the information you require is never more than a few clicks away. We have ensured the same seamless experience is available on mobile and tablet devices too.
We want to make it easier for all our candidates to find their perfect role and apply quickly. We have overhauled our registration, onboarding, and compliance functionality to now allow you to register via LinkedIn, apply for a job in two clicks and send documents digitally to support your application.
By creating a profile in our candidate portal, you’ll feel like part of the team. The portal is your Maxxima home, allowing you to personalize your journey with us and track your applications. The portal gives you much more control over your personal details, but this is just the start; we’re already busy working on new features such as online timesheets, enhancing our compliance functionality and much more.
Find your perfect match and hear about the latest vacancies first via our new job alerts. These can be created in your portal to automatically send you roles based on your preferred job title, location, job type, and discipline. The alert centre allows you to control the frequency of alerts which means the moment we get a vacancy you’ll be the first to know.
