Kiel joined Maxxima in October 2011 as a senior recruitment consultant. He then progressed to team manager specialising in allied health professionals. Today he leads the AHP desk as Divisional Manager and oversees the recruitment activity for dietetics, podiatry, audiology and speech therapy.
