Tom joined Maxxima in 2017 as an apprentice, before joining the physiotherapy and occupational therapy desk to resource candidates and jobs for the team. In 2019 Tom started a new role as Master Vendor Coordinator and deals with a lot of Maxxima's secondary supplier bookings. He is also responsible for liaising between other agencies and our MV trusts to try and find workers for roles on our vacancy cascade.
