Job description

Maxxima are current recruiting for an Administrator to fill a full-time role in London.

Your role will be to provide administrative and central support to the Hard & Soft FM teams.

Your role will include daily management for the associate director, including organising travel and booking accommodation. You will check in guests for the team and arrange building access permit for gests, along with organising meetings.

This role is to work full time for a 3 month contract with possible extension. You will be based between two central London sites.

The pay rate for this Administrator position is £15.00 per hour (Umbrella).

Requirements of this Administrator vacancy:
* You must have previous excellent administration experience
* You must have an understanding of financial administration, including PO enquiries, expenditure and finance control.
* Previous experience of working for or some understanding of the NHS is desirable.
