Job description

The Speech and Language Therapy team at Maxxima are currently recruiting for a Band 6/7 Speech and Language Therapist to cover an exciting opportunity based in Woking. The successful Speech and Language Therapist will be helping to clear a waiting list of adults with acquired, communication and swallowing difficulties in Parkinson’s, MND, MS, dementia, stroke etc. Ideally they will be a car driver so that they can carry out community domiciliary visits across North West Surrey.

Position: Speech and Language Therapist
Banding: 6/7
Location: Woking
Hours: Part Time and Full Time Hours Available 
Duration: 3 months (with potential for an extension).
Essential skills:
  • HCPC registered
  • Relevant Speech and Language Therapy qualification
  • Must have minimum of 18 months experience with adults with acquired neurological disorders
  • Must be a car driver
