The Biomedical Science team at Maxxima are currently recruiting for Band 5 Anatomical Pathology Technician to work in a busy NHS Hospital in Haverfordwest. We are looking for an Anatomical Pathology Technician who can make a real difference in supporting the hospital’s mortuary service.

Position: Anatomical Pathology Technician 
Banding: 5
Location: Haverfordwest
Hours: Full time 
Duration: Ongoing

What will you be doing in this Anatomical Pathology Technician role?
As an Anatomical Pathology Technician within the mortuary, you will be expected to be proficient in carrying out post mortem examinations to a high standard; alongside having experience of keeping accurate records within the mortuary.
On a day to day basis you will be supporting the senior mortuary staff in the delivery of the service and providing guidance to junior members of staff.

Essential Requirements for this Anatomical Pathology Technician position:
• Level 3 Diploma in Healthcare Science (Anatomical Pathology Technology)
• Post mortem experience
• UK NHS or private sector experience
