Maxxima's Nursing Team are currently recruiting for a Band 2 Healthcare Assistant to fill a full-time role in Horley. The ideal candidate will have a significant understanding of learning disabilities.

Your role will be to support individuals with learning disabilities in every aspect of their daily life and living skills. You will support these individuals to manage diagnosed health needs and aid them with personal nutrition and fluid management.

Your duties will include personal care, having access to health care appointments, supporting with home activities, cooking, cleaning personal care and updating information on the system.

This role includes working shifts of earlies, lates and nights.

The pay rate for this Band 2 HCA role is £10.35 - £17.00 per hour (Umbrella) depending on shifts worked.

Requirements of this Band 2 Healthcare Assistant vacancy:
* You must have some knowledge and experience of learning disabilities
* You must be able to support individuals with nutrition and fluid management
* You must be comfortable with providing personal care
* Experience of updating notes on a system is desirable, but not essential
