Job description

Maxxima’s Phlebotomy team is currently recruiting for a number of Phlebotomists to join the Phlebotomy team based in Leicester. The sites include (Leicester Royal Infirmary, Leicester General Hospital and the Glenfield Hospital)

These role’s will be working with University Hospitals of Leicester NHS Trust providing Phlebotomy services throughout the area.

The team are looking for a number of Phlebotomists who must have recent experience of taking bloods.

The role is for 40 hours per week over 5 days between Monday and Friday. The shifts will be between 8AM and 5PM working between our 3 acute sites (Leicester Royal Infirmary, Leicester General Hospital and the Glenfield Hospital). We are looking for candidates to start ASAP.

The Postholder will be required to take patient blood - clinic based and domiciliary. ICE blood request system & Ultragenda are both desirable. Candidates will need to be double Vaccinated and must have recent blood taking experience.

The pay rate for this Phlebotomist role is Negotiable depending on experience.
