Maxxima Nursing Team is currently seeking for a Band 3 Community Healthcare Assistant to fill a full time role in West London.  The ideal candidate will have considerable knowledge and experience working within an NHS community care team.
The hours for this role are full time, Monday – Friday, 9am-5pm.  
In this NHS role, you will be part of Home First Team, which provides a rapid response service for people who need urgent help with an acute illness in the community, often immediately after a hospital admission. Alongside team members you will help provide rehabilitation and re-enablement to assist patients to achieve functional goals and improve their independence, and carry out and re-learn daily activities and practical tasks after an injury or illness.

The pay rate for this locum Band 3 Community Healthcare Assistant job is £12.00 per hour (Umbrella), and is an ongoing contract to start ASAP.
Requirements of Band 3 Community Healthcare Assistant role:
  • You must have at least 2 years’ experience as a HCA
  • You must have an NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care or Equivalent
  • You must have experience providing physical care to patients in a community setting
