Maxxima’s nursing team are currently recruiting for a large number of Band 3 Health Care Assistants to fill a full-time roles across the Cambridgeshire and Peterborough County. The ideal candidate will understand health care and have a desire to work in this field over the next 3 months.  
This NHS role will require you to be apart of the intermediate care team, you will need to support discharged patients from Acute Hospitals.  
You must be able to travel to patients’ homes and feel comfortable when doing so, showing compassion respect and dignity awareness always towards the patient.

PLEASE NOTE – Previous experience within the NHS is not essential as full training will be given, however Ideally you will have worked in healthcare. You must have an enhanced DBS and a full fit to work certificate.
This role will be 7 days a week, working between 08:00 and 22:00 on a rota basis
The pay rate for this Band 3 Health Care Assistant is £12.00 per hour (Umbrella) for day shifts, £15.00 for Saturdays and £18.00 on Sundays, and this will be an ongoing contract of 3 months.
Requirements of this Band 3 Health Care Assistant vacancy:
  • Enhanced DBS in the last 12 months
  • Full fit to work certificate
  • Must be able to work independently.
  • Must be able to travel to patients’ homes.
  • Must be a car driver.
  • Must have natural care for others.
