Maxxima’s nursing team is currently recruiting for a Band 3 Mental Health Assistant to fill a part-time role in Chelmsford. The ideal candidate will have knowledge and skills working within mental health services. 

In this NHS role, you will work with a specialist recovery team. The team offers therapeutic interventions for people with:

•    Depression and related disorders
•    Anxiety disorders
•    Personality disorders
•    Perinatal disorders
•    Post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD)
•    Obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD)

The team focus on recovery and getting the best outcomes for servicer. Your role will be to support nursing staff.

This role is part time, 3 days a week over Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm. Days of the week of working can be negotiated. 
The pay rate for this Band 3 Mental Health Assistant is £11.00 per hour (Umbrella), and is a 3 month contract to start ASAP.

Requirements of this Band 3 Mental Health Assistant
•    You must have 2 years’ experience as a HCA
•    You must have experience within mental health
•    You must have an NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social care, or equivalent
