Maxxima’s nursing team is currently recruiting for a Band 3 Mental Health Support Worker to fill a full-time role in the Mid Specialist Psychosis Team, based in Braintree, Essex. The ideal candidate will have knowledge and skills working with patients in a Mental Health Setting, ideally the NHS.
You will be responsible for assisting with the delivery of patient centred care under the supervision of a senior member of the team; providing practical support to service users in performing day to day activities, guidance and education, and in assisting in their management and care based upon individual needs under the guidance of a senior member of the Team.
This role will be full time, Monday to Friday, 09:00- 17:00.
The pay rate for this Band 3 Mental Health Support Worker is £11.00 per hour (Umbrella), due to start in December 2020

Requirements of this Band 3 Mental Health Support Worker vacancy:
  • You must have at least 12 months experience working in a mental health setting
  • You will have worked within the NHS or a psychosis team
  • You will be a car driver with your own transport and this is a community team
  • You must be willing to fully register with our agency
