Maxxima is currently seeking an experienced Band 3 Rehabilitation Support Worker to fill a part-time role in Peckham, South London. The ideal candidate will have an expert understanding of community rehabilitation practices within the NHS.

In this NHS role, you will be in an enhanced rapid response team in the community, working autonomously with patients and their careers. You will need to complete care notes and log all information into each patient's file and show you are a clear support network for all service users. This role include personal care work.

This role includes working different shifts (08:30-16:30 or 13:30-21:30).

The pay rate for this locum Band 3 Rehabilitation Support Worker job is £10.50 per hour, starting ASAP.

Requirements of the Band 3 Rehabilitation Support Worker role:
-You must have previous NHS experience
-You must have community experience.
-You must have rehab experience.
-You must have MDT experience.
-You must have a good standard of spoken and written English.
-You must be able top use Excel, Word and Outlook.
