Job description

Maxxima’s Nursing Team are currently recruiting for Band 4 Assistant Practitioner to fill a full-time role in Wilton, near Salisbury. The ideal candidate will have a significant understanding of providing community care.
 
In this NHS role, you will work alongside clinical staff in the community providing care to patients in their own home. You should have excellent skills so you can provide assistance to the clinical staff, this will include wound care, assessments, basic observations, compression bandaging and discharge planning.
 
This is a full time role to work in the community, so being a car driver is essential. This role would suit a very experienced Healthcare Assistant/Support Worker or someone who is yet to receive their NMC.
 
The pay rate for this Band 4 Assistant Practitioner role is £12.00 per hour (Umbrella) and is due to start ASAP.
 
Requirements of this Band 4 Assistant Practitioner vacancy:
- You must have excellent experience of providing care
- Experience of working in service user's own homes is preferred
- You must be experienced in assessing patients
- You must be a car driver with access to your own vehicle
