Job description

Maxxima’s nursing team is currently recruiting for Band 5/6 Registered Mental Health Nurses to fill  full-times role in the Mental Health Service based in Dorset
The pay rate for this Band 5/6 Registered Mental Health Nurses is £19-£24 per hour (Umbrella), due to start as soon as possible.
We have the below roles available
Band 5 RMN
We have RMN requirements at Waterston Ward, Forston Clinic with a mixture of days and nights.
PMVA is preferable but if not we will offer the training.
RMN’s must be experienced and be able to take charge regularly/offer supervision etc.
This will be for a minimum of three months
Band 6 Community RMN - Bournemouth
Entail taking part in duty roster and provide care coordination to support adults of working age with acute functional mental illnesses.
This will be based at Hahnemann House, Mon-Fri 09:00-17:00
Band 6 Community RMN - Bournemouth
To be rostered to the Duty Professional rota
To coordinate a caseload of people with acute functional illnesses
To attend Mental Health Act Tribunals and Manager's Hearings
Prepare Social Circumstances reports
To liaise effectively with all Health & Social Services Professionals, Carers and Third Party Sector Agencies
Band 6 RMN – Dorchester
To complete community memory assessments for the Memory Assessment Service.
Home visits to people in the West of Dorset to do the cognitive assessment which inform diagnosis and gather relevant information from the patient and important others. Liaison with the Consultant for care planning. Write report on RIO and type a letter to GP and patient/important other.
Primary function of the team is assessment, diagnosis and treatment of people suspected of developing a dementia. 
Worker will need to have excellent organisational skills and time management skills.
Band 6 RMN – Early Intervention Service
To carry a small caseload of patients in the community, carrying out home visits to patients in their own homes, monitoring mental state, risk, my wellbeing plans, referrals/liaison with  other services as required.
Must have professional registration.
Must have access and use of a vehicle.
Service covers the county of Dorset.
Ability to work independently and as part of a multi discipline team.
Requirements of these Registered Mental Health Nurse vacancies:
