Maxxima’s nursing team is currently recruiting for a Band 5 Community Mental Health Nurse to fill a full-time role in the Mental Health Team based in Norwich, Norfolk. The ideal candidate will have excellent knowledge of working with Mental Health Services.

We are looking for a Band 5 Community Mental Health Nurse to work for at least 3 months in Norfolk working within the Mental Health Service.

The pay rate for this Band 5 Community Mental Health Nurse role is up to £19 (umbrella rate) and is due to start as soon as possible.

We have a placement for a Band 5 Community Mental Health Nurse with MH experience to work within the CMHT Team.

Start date – ASAP
Shift pattern: Full time – Monday – Friday, 9-5pm

Requirements: Mental Health Nursing degree or diploma of higher education

Clinical responsibilities will include: patient visits, reviewing medications, monitoring mood and mental state of patients. giving depot medications. Supporting patients will their recovery. Working under the supervision of  care-coordinators. Keeping good quality clinical records. Working within a MDT. Attending meetings and liaising with other agencies. reporting to a line manager for support.
