Job description

Maxxima’s nursing team are currently recruiting for a several Band 5 Community Nurses to fill a full-time role in Barnet, North London. The ideal candidates will have a significant understanding of community practices within the NHS.

This NHS role will require you to complete high-quality care to all patients in the community within the service. You will need to discharge patients, complete catheter cares both male and female, provide injections and wound dressing when necessary. You will also complete skin assessments for pressure areas and deliver any other support that the service users need.

This role will be 37.5 hours a week, this will include varied days and nights Sunday to Friday.

The pay rate for this Band 5 Registered community Nurse is £20.00-£27.00 PH umbrella, with a start date of ASAP.


Requirements for this Band 5 Registered Nurse vacancy:

· You must be a registered general nurse with a valid NMC.

· Must have experience working in the community

· Must be able to work a varied shift of days and nights

· You must have natural care for others

· Must be able to complete wound care and catheter care

· You do NOT need to be a car driver
