Job description

Maxxima's physiotherapy team is currently looking for a Band 5 Physiotherapist to fill a full-time role in Uxbridge community.

The ideal candidate will have some exeperience as a band 5 physiotherapist, however new graduates, and experienced international physiotherapists will be considered.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Completing Community follow up visits on patients referred into the service through various pathways.
  • Providing autonomous clinical expertise to manage service user needs
  • Liaising with the partner services to manage the caseload.
  • Ability to manage own daily caseload
  • Ability to conduct clinical observations including identifying a deteriorating patient.
  • Handover to the Multi-Disciplinary Team and/or coordinator any findings during the patient care.
  • Ability to use clinical recording system to document any intervention provided and make necessary plan for further management.

ASAP Start, for 17 weeks. 10:00 - 18:00 Full-time. Monday to Friday.

The pay rate for this locum Band 5 Physiotherapist job is up to £15.00-£19.00 per hour.

Requirements of the Band 5/6/7 Physiotherapist role:
  • You must be an Physiotherapist with the relevant qualifications for this profession.
  • You must be registered with HCPC.
  • You must have NHS experience.
  • You must be able to work full time.
  • You must be able to start asap.
  • You must be willing to sign up to our agency.
