Maxxima Nursing Team is currently seeking for a  few Band 5 Community Staff Nurses to fill a full time, Monday to Friday 08:00-16:00, 37.5 hours a week role in Morden, South London . The ideal candidate will have expert knowledge and skills as a Community Staff Nurse.
In this NHS role you will need community experience and be able to complete 4 layer compression bandaging, wound care, dressing, change catheters and medication. You will be given 16 units in the morning and usually a maximum of 4 units in the afternoon, 1 unit= 15 minutes. You will be expected to attend handover at 2pm and to write paper records of all their visits.
The pay rate for this locum Band 5 Community Staff Nurse job is £20.00 per hour (Umbrella) due to start ASAP.
Requirements of the Band 5 Community Staff Nurse role:
  • You must be a Registered General Nurse with a valid NMC pin.
  • You must have community experience.
  • You must be able to manage your own mix caseload in a busy, vibrant environment.
  • Having Rio System experience/trained would be an advantage.
  • You must be a car driver.
