Job description

Maxxima’s nursing team are currently recruiting for a Band 5 Registered General Nurse to fill a full-time role in Wisbech, Cambridgeshire. The ideal candidates will have a significant understanding of rehab and palliative care within the NHS.

This NHS role will require you to work on a 16 bedded rehab and palliative care ward, you will be working alongside a substantive registered nurse and you would be responsible for 8 patients with support of HCA’s duties that include medication dispatching, wound care and supporting the Healthcare Assistants with patient care.

This role will be 30 to 37.5 hours a week, that will include early, late and night shifts that is rotational.

The pay rate for this Band 5 Registered Nurse is £18.00-£29.00 (dependent on shift), starting ASAP.

Requirements for this Band 5 Registered Nurse vacancy:
  • You must be a Registered General Nurse with a valid NMC pin.
  • You must be aware of system one and ideally be able to use it.
  • You must have a natural care for others.
  • Must provide high quality care at all times.
