Maxxima’s nursing team are currently recruiting for a Band 5 Registered Mental Health Nurse to fill a full-time role in Billericay, Essex. The ideal candidate will have considerable knowledge and experience working within an NHS mental health team.

In this NHS role, you will work independently and accountably as part of a team of clinicians offering 24 hour mental health care to patients. You will work in an inpatient unit specialising in trauma and self-injury.

This is a full-time role working 36 hours per week on a ward rota working both long days and long night and some weekends.

The pay rate for this Band 5 Registered Mental Health Nurse is £18.00 per hour (Umbrella). Due to start asap for a duration of 12 weeks.

Requirements of this Band 5 Registered Mental Health Nurse vacancy:

  • All applications must be a registered mental health nurse with Valid NMC pin.
  • Must be TASI trained
  • Must have experience working with people who present with challenges
  • Must be able to cover all shifts
