Maxxima's nursing team are currently recruiting for a Band 5 Registered Mental Health Nurse to fill a full-time role in Chelmsford. The ideal candidate will have a significant understanding of Mental Health and practices within the NHS.
In this NHS role, you will be working on a Mother and Baby unit at a specialist 5 bedded unit. The unit provides mental health care and treatment for women during the late stages of pregnancy and up to one year after the birth of their baby. It is your job role to deliver the highest quality of care to mothers and their babies in a safe, friendly and supportive environment. You must throughout maintain the safety of all mothers and their babies whilst treating the mother's mental illness. Continue to always offer support to the families and carers involved in the mother's and or baby's care and always help sustain the developing relationship between mother, baby and other family members.
This role is a 7-day service 12 hours-37.5 hours, day and night shifts.
The pay rate for this Band 5 Registered Mental Health Nurse is £18.00-£28.00 per hour (Umbrella), 3-month contract due to start ASAP.
Requirements of this Band 5 Registered Mental Health Nurse vacancy:
* All applications must be a registered mental health nurse with Valid NMC pin
* You must have previous experience working within perinatal mental health
* You must have previous NHS experience
