Job description
Maxxima’s nursing team is currently recruiting for Band 5 and Band 6 RMN’s to fill a full-time role in the Mental Health Team based in Enfield, London. The ideal candidate will have excellent knowledge of working within Mental Health Services.
We are looking for Band 5 and Band 6 RMN’s to work for 3 months in Enfield working within the Mental Health Service.
The pay rate for this Band 5 and Band 6 RMN’s role is £22-23 per hour (umbrella rate) for Band 5. The pay rate for Band 6 is £27-28 per hour (umbrella rate) and is due to start as soon as possible.
The shift pattern is 37.5 hours per week.
Location: Chase Farm hospital
Job description: Demonstrating experience, skills, knowledge and understanding in the following area:
-Family and carers - Partnership Working de-escalation,
-Personal safety and dealing with emergencies- Has completed PSTS/PMVA Training
-Documentation, confidentiality and Information Governance
-Communication
-Care Planning
-Engagement & Enhanced Observations
-Recovery, Social inclusion and Health promotion
-In-depth understanding of Mental Health
-Food and fluid monitoring
-Infection control and personal hygiene
-Safety of Medicines Management and NMC Standards for Medicine Management.
-Mental Health Act 1983, Mental Capacity Act 2005, Deprivation of Liberty
-Safeguards, Mental Health Act, 2007, Equality Act 2010.
