Maxxima’s nursing team is currently recruiting for Band 5 RMN’s to fill a full-time role in the Mental Health Team based in oldham. The ideal candidate will have excellent knowledge of working with Mental Health Services.


We are looking for a Band 5 RMN’s to work for at least 3 months in Royal Oldham Hospital working with the Mental Health Service.


The pay rate for this Band 5 RMN’s role is up to £22 (umbrella rate) and is due to start as soon as possible.


JOB REFERENCE N562 – block booking for a Band 5 RMN to work nights until 30/06/22.


LOCATION:- Aspen ward, Parklands House. Royal Oldham Hosp. Oldham.

HOURS:- 37.5 – Night shifts

You will be an integral part of the team providing direct care to patients with a variety of mental health problems
To regularly act as shift co-ordinator ensuring the smooth running of the clinical area and best utilisation of resources available, with support from senior staff

Key Responsibilities of the Post:
You will be involved in provide a high level of safe and effective care
Be responsible for the assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of care
Adhere to all Trust policies, procedures and guidelines
Liaise with the multidisciplinary team
Provide mentorship to others
