Maxxima's Nursing Team are currently recruiting for a Band 5 RMN to fill a part-time role in Ipswich. The ideal candidates will have a significant understanding of acute mental health problems.

This ward is a 10 bedded PICU ward that provides care for adults who are experiencing acute mental health problems, who due to increased risks require an intensive environment to safely manage their needs. Service users are admitted to Lark ward if the service user requires an intensive environment where increased risks of harm to others or self can be managed safely.

Your role will involve working independently to assess mental state and understand where an individual may require increased support and care.

This role is to work two long days per week. The pay rate for this Band 5 RMN role is £18.00 per hour (Umbrella).

Requirements of this Band 5 RMN vacancy:
- All applicants must be a registered RMN with a valid NMC.
- Must have previous experience in a PICU environment
- Must have the ability to assess mental state and delegate tasks appropriately based on skils
- Must have PMVA training
- Must be a car driver with access to your own vehicle
