Maxxima’s nursing team are currently recruiting for a Band 5/6 Community Nurse to fill a full-time role in Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire. The ideal candidate will have a significant understanding of Community Nursing within the NHS.
In this NHS role, you will need to complete comprehensive assessments, would care and pressure ulcers and leg ulcers care. You will need to be able to complete catheter care and medication administration including insulin for patient within the service.
This role is Monday to Sunday, hours differing from 08:00-16:00, 08;00 – 18:00, 09:00 – 17:00, 10:00 – 18:00.
The pay rate for this Band 5/6 Community Nurse is £17.00-£30.00 (depending on band and shift) per hour (Umbrella). This will be a 3-month contract due to start ASAP.
Requirements of this Band 5/6 Community Nurse vacancy:
  • All applications must have a Valid NMC pin.
  • You must be a Registered General Nurse.
  • You must have experience working in the community.
  • Must be a car driver.
  • SystemOne knowledge/training is preferred.
