Job description

Maxxima’s Nursing team are currently recruiting for a Band 5/6 Community Nurse to fill a full-time job role based in South West London. The ideal candidate will have a significant understanding of community nursing within the NHS.
 
This NHS role will require you to complete tissue viability, elderly care, and long-term conditional management. Therefore, you will be supporting those patients using the service and deliver exceptionally high-quality care to each individual.
 
This job role is Monday to Friday, 7.5 hours a day, flexible hours being 09:00-17:00 or 08:00-16:30
 
The pay rate for this Band 5/6 Community Nurse job is £20.00-£25.00 per hour (Umbrella) and is initially for a month.
 
Requirements and details of this Band 5/6 Community Nurse vacancy:
  • You must be a registered nurse with a current NMC pin.
  • You must have previous experience working in the community
  • District nurse qualification and Linked qualifications are preferred
  • Must have experience with Clinical workflow systems.
  • Must be a car driver
