Job description

Maxxima’s nursing team is currently recruiting for a Band 5/6 RMN Older Persons Service to fill a full-time role in the Older Peoples Community Service based in Cambridge. The ideal candidate will have excellent knowledge of working with Older People
 
This role will be full time, 37.5 hours per week working Monday – Friday.
 
The pay rate for this Band 5/6 RMN Older Persons Service is up to £24 (umbrella rate) and is due to start as soon as possible.
 
Requirements for this Band 5/6 RMN Older Persons Service
 
  • Older Peoples Mental Health Community Service
  • Essential to role – System one trained and has smart card
  • If Band 6- complete initial service assessments of individuals referred to team. Complete further visits as assessed and required.
  • Liaison with colleagues, both mental and physical health.
  • Attend MDT meetings
  • If Band 5- they would not carry out initial assessments but other duties much the same.
  • Currently much of the patient contact is covered remotely via telephone or video conferencing
