Job description

Maxxima’s nursing team are currently recruiting for a Band 6 CAMHS Practitioner to fill a full-time role in Rotherham. The ideal candidate will have significant experience working within an NHS children and adolescent mental health service.
In this NHS role, you will provide outreach to children and young people who are difficult to engage, providing intensive support where required to meet an identified need contributing to the prevention of admission to inpatient provision and also the facilitation of timely discharge from inpatient provision.
This is a full time role, Monday – Friday, 9am-5pm. This is an 3 month contract, due to start ASAP.  
The pay rate for this Band 6 CAMHS Practitioner is £23.00 per hour (Umbrella).

Requirements of this Band 6 CAMHS Practitioner vacancy:
  • All applications must be a registered mental health nurse or qualified social worker with professional registration  
  • You must have experience working within a CAMHS service
  • You will ideally have previous experience working within the NHS
