Maxxima’s nursing team is currently recruiting for a Band 6 CAMHS Practitioner, to fill a part time weekend role in the CAMHS in Morecambe. The ideal candidate will have knowledge and skills working within a CAMHS Team.  
 
You will be based within the community based CAMHS Team, and to be considered you must be a registered mental health nurse with significant experience of self-harm/risk assessments and risk assessments with young people decision making and risk care planning. 
 
The role will be providing assessments, care plans for those presenting at Paediatrics following incidents of deliberate self-harm or at A&E with significant risk e.g. suicidal ideation.
 
This role will be working Saturdays and Sundays, 8am – 4pm each day.
 
The pay rate for this Band 6 Mental Health Practitioner is £28.00 per hour (Umbrella) and is to start as soon as possible.
 
Requirements of this Band 6 CAMHS Practitioner vacancy:
  • You must be a Registered Mental Health Nurse with a valid NMC Pin
  • You must have significant CAMHS experience
  • You must be able to commit to every weekend for the next 13+ weeks
