Maxxima's Nursing team are currently recruiting for a Band 6 Care Co-cordinator to fill a full time role in Waltham Forest, East London. The ideal candidate will have a significant understanding of Early intervention in Psychosis and Schizophrenia.

You will be completing FEP assessments providing early interventions in Psychosis as a care coordinator, assessing and providing care under CPA for people experiencing FEP.

The pay rate or this locum a Band 6 Community Mental Health Nurse job is £23.00 per hour (Umbrella) and is a Full-time contract for 3 months, subject to extension. The client would be looking for a candidate as soon as possible.

Requirements and details of this Band 6 Care Coordinator vacancy:

* You must be a registered mental health nurse with a current NMC pin
* You must have previous experience of Early Intervention in Psychosis.
* You must be able to work independently and as part of a team
* You must have good assessment skills
* You must be able to demonstrate an understanding of the key principles of the early intervention in psychosis model
