Maxxima Nursing Team is currently seeking for a Band 6 Community Psychiatric Nurse to fill a full-time role in Worksop, Nottinghamshire. The ideal candidate will have expert knowledge and skills as a community mental health nurse.

In this NHS role you will work as a Care Coordinator within the Early Intervention in Psychosis Team providing evidence-based specialist mental health assessments and interventions that are socially inclusive and recovery-focused, in line with national standards for people aged 14-65 experiencing first episode psychosis (FEP) or an at risk mental state (ARMS) for the development of psychosis. The EIP team is a community-based service which operates Monday-Friday 9am-5pm. The post-holder will be required to travel across Nottinghamshire to support the needs of service users, their family members and carers.

This role will be full time, working 37.5 hours a week and is an on-going contract.

The pay rate for this Band 6 Community Psychiatric Nurse job is £23.00 per hour (Umbrella) due to start ASAP.

Requirements of the Band 6 Community Psychiatric Nurse role:

 

  • You must be a Registered Mental Health Nurse with a valid NMC pin.
  • You must be a driver with access to you own vehicle
  • Will consider social workers, if have mental health experience within the community.
