Maxxima’s nursing team is currently recruiting for a Band 6 Mental Health Practitioner / Care Co-Ordinator to fill a full-time role in the based in the Integrated Recovery Team based in Scunthorpe. The ideal candidate will have expert knowledge and skills working within mental health services.
The Integrated Recovery Team are currently recruiting for a Band 6 Care Co-Ordinator to be based in the Integrated Recovery Team, Meridian House, Scunthorpe. Previous experience in community mental health is necessary.
A registered nurse is preferred; however, a social worker may be considered for this post.
The Recovery Focussed Team is an all age adult Secondary Mental Health Community Team providing care to individuals with a variety of mental health problems including psychosis, non-psychosis and organic conditions; within the team we also offer  Assertive Outreach and Older Peoples pathways.  We are currently developing the service and pathways we provide; so this is an exciting time to join the team in this period of development.
The successful candidates will be highly motivated individuals. We are seeking individuals who ideally have experience at working with adults with a range of mental health problems;  particularly working with individuals with personality disorders and trauma.
You must be a car driver with your own car and business insurance essential as this role is community based
This is a full time position, working37.5 hours per week between 9am – 5pm
The pay rate for this Band 6 Mental Health Practitioner / Care Co-Ordinator is £23.00 per hour (Umbrella)

  • You must be a Registered Mental Health Nurse with a valid NMC Pin or a Social Worker with HCPC registration.
  • You must have experience working within  mental health services
  • You must be able to start this role in December 2020
  • You must be willing to fully registered with our agency
