Maxxima’s nursing team is currently recruiting for Band 6 Care Co-ordinators to fill a full-time role in the Mental Health Team based in Warrington. The ideal candidate will have excellent knowledge of working with Mental Health Services.

 

We are looking for Band 6 Care Co-ordinators to work for at least 3 months in Warrington working within the Warrington Recovery Team.

 

The pay rate for this Band 6 Care Co-ordinator’s role is up to £24 (umbrella rate) and is due to start as soon as possible.

 

 

Shift pattern: Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm

 

Address: Wakefield House, Guardian Street, Warrington, WA5 1UD

 

Duties: Manage a caseload of allocated service users, with mental health needs. Staff will be expected to undertake home visits, complete assessments of need, robust care plans and risk management. Support with office duty rota in Team. Administer depot medications where required.

Must drive and have access to a vehicle
