Job description

Maxxima Nursing Team is currently seeking for a Band 6 Care Co-Ordinator to fill a full-time role in West London. The ideal candidate will have expert knowledge and skills as a Care Co-Ordinator.

In this NHS role, you will be a care coordinator of 10-15 forensic clients, you will need to attend funding panel for housing via CCG, attend ward rounds for clients in Broadmoor and care manage clients in secure services that may require you to liaise with MOJ and the police.

This role will be Full time. 09:00-17:00.

The pay rate for this locum Band 6 Care Co-Ordinator job is up to £24.80 per hour due to start ASAP.

Requirements of the Band 6 Care Co-Ordinator role:
  • You must be a Registered Mental Health Worker with a vailed NMC Pin.
  • You must have experience either as a Community Care Co-ordinator.
  • You must have experience working with individuals suffering with mental health issues.
  • You must be able to work full time.
  • You must be able to start ASAP.
  • You must be willing to sign up to our agency.
