Maxxima's nursing team are current recruiting for a Band 6 Care Coordinator to fill a full-time role in Oxford. The ideal candidate will have a significant understanding of assessment and treatment.

You will be working within the adult mental health team, your role will be to provide mental health treatment in the community for patients with mental health needs, you must support patients to work towards their own recovery. You will need to provide home treatment for patients experiencing a mental health crisis.

This role is a Monday to Friday 09:00 - 17:00.

The pay rate for this Band 6 Care Coordinator is £25.00 per hour (Umbrella), 3-month contract due to start ASAP.

Requirements of this Band 6 Care Coordinator vacancy:
* All applications must be a registered mental health nurse with Valid NMC pin.
* You must have experience in assessment and offering treatment.
* You must be able to mange your own caseload
* You must be a car driver with access to your own vehicle
