Job description

Maxxima’s nursing team are currently recruiting for two Band 6 Care Coordinators to fill a full-time role in Aylesbury. The ideal candidate will have a significant understanding of care in the community.

Your role is to maintain a diverse caseload of up to 28 patients in the community providing support and treatment when necessary. The overall aim is to discharge the patients unless they are experiencing severe mental health needs. 

This role is Monday to Friday, 09:00-17:00.

The pay rate for this Band 6 Care Coordinator is £24.00 per hour (Umbrella), a 3-month contract due to start ASAP.

Requirements of this Band 6 Care Coordinator vacancy:
  • All applications must be registered mental health nurses with Valid NMC pin.
  • Must have experience with Community Mental Health.
  • You must be able to manage crisis situations.
  • Must be able to manage a large caseload.
  • Must have natural care for others.
