Maxxima's nursing team are currently recruiting for a Band 6 Care Coordinator/Registered Mental Health Nurse to fill a job role in Rotherham. The candidate will be required to work within the Assertive Outreach Team.

Our NHS Client are looking for a Care Coordinator/Registered Mental Health Nurse to start as soon as possible on a full-time basis (Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm). The pay rate of this role is at £23 per hour (umbrella rate), and the role will initially be a three-month contract, with the likelihood of extension.

Requirements and details of this RMN vacancy:
*We are looking for candidates who have a significant understanding of mental health practices within the NHS..
*The candidate must be registered with the NMC.
*This service supports people that are experiencing a severe mental disorder, who do not effectivly engage with standard mental health services to live successfully in the community.
*The candidate will be responsible for the assessment and coordination of care needs, planning/implementation of evidence based care and clinical risk assessment of service users contacting the "Out of Hours" service, providing an effective advice, guidance and decision making process culminating in the coordination of any reviewed plan of care.
*The candidate will be expected to take the lead on a mixed caseload, supported by a multi-disciplinary team, to ensure that the care provided directly meets each individual's needs.
