Maxxima’s Nursing Team are currently recruiting for a Band 6 Care Coordinator/Registered Mental Health Nurse to fill a full time role in Preston. The ideal candidate will have a significant understanding of Mental Health and practices within the NHS.
The team are looking for applicants who are familiar with ECR and have a good understanding of managing risks. Applicants should also be able to work both in a team and on their own, be able to administrate depot and have a good understanding of medication. Applicants should have a good understand of the CPA process and ideally have previous community experience. Within this role, you will be expected to manage a case load of around 12 AET clients and to support the Community Mental Health Team. You should therefore have a good understand of community services, or have previous experience of working within this setting.
This is a full time role working Monday - Friday 9am-5pm.
The pay rate for this Band 6 Care Coordinator/Mental Health Nurse role is £23.00 per hour (Umbrella), due to start ASAP, initially for 3 months with the possibility of extension.
Requirements of this Band 6 RMN vacancy:
  • All applications must be a registered mental health nurse with Valid NMC pin.
  • Must have experience working in a mental health setting.
  • Must have experience of working in the community
  • Must be a car driver with access to your own vehicle
