We are looking for two Band 6 Case Manager/Mental Health Nurse to fill a full-time role in Central Youth Secondary Mental Health Team. The ideal candidate will have an expert understanding of mental health practices within the NHS.

Central Youth is an MDT working with service users between the ages of 14-25 who meet the criteria of secondary services. We work with a range of severe and enduring mental health difficulties with recovery at the heart of our practice.

We work 9-5, Monday to Friday and work in collaboration with social care, education, recovery college as well as inpatient and home treatment.

Haymills is a safe, friendly and supportive team where regular supervision will be offered. We have weekly clinical meetings where risk is shared and clinical team decisions are made.

Our primary focus is to support young people in the assessment planning, implementation and review process in order to promote recovery and to be able to support people to fulfil their dreams and goals.

We are a team with CPN's, social workers, CBT, psychologist and psychiatrists so a full MDT. We share skills as well as knowledge that provides a healthy, supportive and proactive team. We have strong values that unpin our practice as well as ensuring person centred care is delivered.

We have dedicated admin who supports the team in all administrative tasks.
We are a team that prides ourselves on great team work and recovery.

Working hours will be 9am - 5pm, Monday-Friday.

The pay rate for this locum Band 6 Case Manager/Mental Health Nurse role is up to £23.00 per hour (Umbrella), and is a 3-month contract due to start as soon as possible.

Requirements of the role:
-Must be a Mental Health Nurse with NMC registration
-Must have experience within Mental Health.
-Must have experience within a similar service
-Must have experience working with similar client group.
