Job description

Maxxima’s nursing team is currently recruiting for a Band 6 Clinical Bed Manager to fill a full-time role in Lancashire. The ideal candidate will have expert knowledge and skills working in this role.

This is a challenging, varied role, where you will use your Nursing OR Social work along with Clinical, Operational and organistional expertise to the full. You will also provide advice, support and information, ensuring efficient streamlining of a patients journey.

37.5 hours a week, Monday – Sunday service, 12 hour shifts, days and nights available. We would want the person to work 8am – 8pm (3-4 shifts a week).

The pay rate for this vacancy is starting from £23.82 (Umbrella)  and is dependent on shift.

Requirements of this Band 6 Clinical Bed Manager vacancy:

• You must be a Registered Mental Health Nurse with a valid NMC Pin or a Qualified Social Worker on SWE
• You must have experience within this type of role and environment
• You must have excellent assessment and people management skills
