Maxxima Nursing Team is currently seeking for a Band 6 Clinical Screener to fill a full-time role in Edgware, North London. The ideal candidate will have expert knowledge and skills as a clinical screener.
 
In this NHS role, you must have a clear knowledge of hospital and community discharge process including discharge to assess, in-patient rehabilitation and continuing healthcare. You will need good communication skills to liaise across community and acute health and social care teams and with patients and families.
 
This role will be Monday to Sunday, service covers 08:00-20:00, 08:00-16:00, 09:00-17:00 or 10:00-18:00.
 
The pay rate for this locum Band 6 Clinical Screener job is £25.00-£33.00 per hour (Umbrella) due to start ASAP.
 
Requirements of the Band 6 Clinical Screener role:
  • You must be a registered general nurse with a valid NMC Pin.
  • You must be a Band 6 Nurse
  • You must have knowledge and experience of hospital and community discharge process including discharge to assess, in-patient rehabilitation and continuing healthcare
  • You must be familiar with system one.
  • You must be able to use excel and IT systems.
