Maxxima’s nursing team is currently recruiting for a Band 6 Band 6 CMHT Practitioner to fill a full-time role in the CMHT Team based in Stockport. The ideal candidate will have excellent knowledge in Communty Mental Health.

Full Time Band 6 CMHT Practitioner wanted for 3 months
 
Looking for work in the Stockport area?
 
We are looking for a Band 6 Community Mental Health Practitioner to work for 3 months based at our Eastern Team in Stockport.
  • Care coordination
  • Duty
  • CPA assessments and risk assessments
  • Some work from home depending on individuals confidence
  • Some home visits to service users (PPE given)

This role will be full time, 37.5 hours per week working 9am – 5pm Monday – Friday.
 
The pay rate for this Band 6 CMHT Practitioner is £23.00 per hour (Umbrella), due to start as soon as possible.
 
Requirements of this Band 6 CMHT Practitioner:
 
• You must be a Registered Mental Health Nurse with a valid NMC Pin
• You must have experience of working within CMHT Services
