Maxxima’s nursing team are currently recruiting for a male Band 6 Community Care Coordinator to fill a full-time role in Tottenham. The ideal candidate will have a significant understanding of community care and practices within the NHS.

In this NHS role, you will work as a member of a multidisciplinary adult mental health team. You will need to provide effective care and specialist advice for people with psychosis and complex mental health needs and their careers, to support their wellbeing and recovery. You must deliver formal, ongoing clinical supervision and be able to manage a large caseload.

This role is, 37.5 hours a week, due to start asap.

The pay rate for this Band 6 Community Care Coordinator is £25.00 per hour (Umbrella).

Requirements of this Band 6 Community Care Coordinator vacancy:

• All applications must be a registered mental health nurse with Valid NMC pin.

• All applicants must have community mental health experience.

• All applicants must have experience undertaking assessments and providing treatment to adults who have severe and enduring mental illness.

• You must have a driving license, with access to your own vehicle
