Maxxima's nursing team are currently recruiting for a Band 6 Community Care Coordinator to fill a full-time role in Barnet. The ideal candidate will have a significant understanding of community care and practices within the NHS.

In this NHS role, you will need to provide effective care and specialist advice for people with psychosis and complex mental health needs and their careers, to support their wellbeing and recovery. You will deliver formal, on-going clinical supervision and caseload management supervision to junior and less experienced community mental health staff.

This role is Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours a week.

The pay rate for this Band 6 Community Care Coordinator is £25.00 per hour (Umbrella). This will be a 3-month contract and a start date in January.

Requirements of this Band 6 Community Care Coordinator vacancy:
All applications must be a registered mental health nurse with Valid NMC pin.
All applicants must have a community mental health experience.
All applicants must have experience undertaking assessments and providing treatment to adults who have a severe and enduring mental illness.
You must have a similar experience to this role.
Must be a car driver.
