Maxxima's Nursing team are currently recruiting for a band 6 community mental health nurse to fill a full time, Monday to Friday role in Chelmsford, Essex. The ideal candidate will have a significant understanding of older adults mental health nursing practices within the NHS.

This NHS role would require you to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate packages of care based upon individual service user needs. You will undertake and maintain service users self-directed support assessments. You will have supervision and management of staff within your professional group and team locality. You will work within the dementia and frailty team and liaise with service users, carers, clinicians, and other practitioners within the multi-disciplinary team.

The pay rate for this locum band 6 registered nurse job is £23 per hour (Umbrella) and is a full time 3 month contract, due to start asap.

Requirements and details of this band 6 community mental health nurse vacancy:

* You must be a registered mental health nurse with a valid NMC pin
* You must have previous experience working with patients with dementia
* You must have previous NHS experience
* You must be a driver with access to your own vehicle
* You will ideally have Paris and System 1 experience
