Maxxima Nursing Team is currently seeking Full Time Band 6 CMHT Practitioner to fill a full-time role in Stockport. The ideal candidate will have expert knowledge and skills as a Community Mental Health Practitioner.

Looking for block booking work in the Stockport area?

We are looking for a Band 6 Community Mental Health Practitioner / Care Coordinator to work for a minimum of 3 month based at our West Team in Stockport.

HOURS - 37.5 during office hours Monday – Friday.

  • Care coordination
  • Duty
  • CPA assessments and risk assessments
  • Some work from home depending on individual’s confidence
  • Home visits to service users (PPE given) 
  • Must have a valid driving licence and have their own means of transport
This role will be 37 hours a week over 5 days. 9-5 Monday to Friday

The pay rate for this locum Full Time Band 6 CMHT Practitioner job is up £24.00 per hour (Umbrella) due to start ASAP for an initial 3 months.
Requirements of the Full Time Band 6 CMHT Practitioner role:
  • You must be a Registered mental health nurse with a valid NMC Pin.
  • For assessments and holding caseloads, must have mental health experience.
  • You must have experience working with patients suffering mental health issues.
