Maxxima’s nursing team are currently recruiting for Band 6 Community Psychiatric Nurse to fill a full-time role in Grays, Essex. The ideal candidate will have a significant understanding of older adults mental health care practices within the NHS.
In this NHS role, you will be responsible for completing assessments of care needs and the development, implementation, and evaluation of programs of care for service users who are referred to the recovery and wellbeing team. You will need to complete maintenance of standard care with the Recovery and Wellbeing Team, actively participate in any training that is given to you and you will need to hold responsibility for assessing and reviewing social care packages.
This role is Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours a week.
The pay rate for this Band 6 Community Psychiatric Nurse is £24.00 per hour (Umbrella) and is a 3-month contract due to start in March.
Requirements of this Band 6 Community Psychiatric Nurse vacancy:
  • All applications must be registered mental health nurses with Valid NMC pin.
  • You must have experience working with Older Adults
  • You must have experience as a CPN, ideally within a recovery and wellbeing team
