Maxxima’s nursing team are currently recruiting for a Band 6 Community Psychiatric Nurse to fill a full-time role in Rayleigh, Essex. The ideal candidate will have a significant understanding of mental health care coordination practices within the NHS.
 
In this NHS First Response Team, you will be responsible for assessments and coordination of care needs, planning and implementation of evidence-based care to a defined group of service users and their carers within a defined catchment area. You will need to provide professional advice and support to other members of staff in the multidisciplinary team. You must show yourself as a clear role model and resource for junior staff.
 
This role is Monday to Friday, 09:00- 17:00, 37.5 hours a week.
 
The pay rate for this Band 6 Community Psychiatric Nurse is £23.00 per hour (Umbrella), a 3-month contract due to start ASAP.
 
Requirements of this Band 6 Community Psychiatric Nurse vacancy:
All applications must be a registered mental health nurse with Valid NMC pin.
All applicants must have experience undertaking assessments and providing treatment to adults who have complex issues and lasting mental illnesses.
All applicants must have previous experience as a CPN/Care Coordinator.
